Dr. Vineeta Ketkar has been a practicing Family Physician in Pune since 1980. With over 40 years of clinical experience, She also offers a range of Yogic Health Seravices and Yoga training programs at her well-equipped Yoga Institute, since 2006. Dr. Ketkar holds an MBBS from Mumbai University and has received her training for 14 years under Dr. S.V. Karandikar and 10 years under Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar.

Her approach to handling cases is mainly conservative, aiming to identify the root cause. In the journey to uncovering the cause, she became fascinated by Yogic Health Science, which she practiced for her own health.

She has significant data that shows the effectiveness of Medical Yogatherapy for palliation & restoration in degenerative musculoskeletal disorders. In the case of psychosomatic disorders, she has found that MYT effectively addresses stress-related factors such as Bronchial Asthma, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus Type II, Coronary artery disease, Acid peptic Disease, Irritable bowel Syndrome.

She has also authored 2 books: “Rope and Belt Therapy for Painful Knee Osteoarthritis” and “Rope and Belt Therapy for Spondylosis & Disc Disease.”

Spanning over two decades of experience in the stock markets and other spheres of the financial sector, Anirudh’s true calling came upon his exposure to Iyengar Yoga. He has trained with a senior teacher in Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow Restorative, & Therapeutic Yoga and has been teaching Hatha, Iyengar style, and Restorative Yoga since 2014.His teaching style has the confluence of bringing therapeutic principles of healing into the practices of yoga.

Anirudh Gupta has been extensively mentored for over fifteen years by Shri Kobad Variava, an Iyengar Yoga veteran of over 50 years, from Mumbai. Although he gained knowledge from other reputed teachers, his learning was mainly inspired by his early exposure to the Indian scriptures of Vedanta. The teachings of Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati helped him grasp the subtleties of yoga, aiding his teaching style to have a confluence of therapeutic principles in the practice of yoga.

Dr. Sharon Samuel is an accomplished Ayurvedic Doctor and Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga) at a leading Ayurvedic medical institution.. With over 15 years of experience, she has guided more than 500 women through childbirth and postpartum using Ayurvedic principles. Her expertise spans fertility, hormonal health, menstrual issues, menopausal transitions, and psychosomatic disorders, with a strong emphasis on preventive and rejuvenative care through lifestyle modifications. In addition to her clinical work, she has dedicated over a decade to teaching, curriculum development, and mentoring future Ayurvedic practitioners, integrating traditional wisdom with modern healthcare insights.

Dr. Sharon holds an M.S. in Ayurvedic Surgery specializing in Prasuti Tantra (Ayurvedic Obstetrics) and Stri Roga (Ayurvedic Gynecology), along with a PG Diploma in Counseling and Family Therapy. She serves on editorial boards, contributes to research publications, and is a member of the WICCI Karnataka Yoga Council, actively promoting holistic healing. Recognized with the Ayur Visharada Award, she is a sought-after speaker and resource person in Ayurveda and women’s health.

Samanta is a senior yoga teacher, bringing decades of dedicated practice and teaching experience to her students worldwide. She is extensively trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Therapy, and Restorative Yoga, and certified in Yoga Therapy by Yoga Vidhya Dham, Nasik. She is also a certified children’s yoga instructor. As an experienced guide in breathwork and meditation, Samanta specializes in Advanced Pranayama, Meditation, and Yogic Techniques, which she studied in depth at the Pranava Yoga Dhamma School of Yoga, Mysore.
