Program Overview

In this overexposed and hyperstimulated world, we cannot always force ourselves to do what is good for the body. Before building healthier eating or workout habits, we often need to regulate the nervous system first. When the system remains overwhelmed by constant stimulation, stress, and mental activity, rest, focus, sleep, digestion, and emotional balance can all be affected.

This is why nervous-system regulation is not optional—it is foundational. Through conscious breathing and the practical application of Pranayama, we can begin to shift from constant alertness towards greater steadiness, recovery, and inner balance.

The program will also explore conscious nasal breathing, the balancing of prāṇa, purification of the nāḍīs, and the role of breath in preparing the mind for meditation. Learn with Dr. N. Ganesh Rao and discover how to practise and apply Pranayama as a lifelong skill for health, inner harmony, and longevity.
