Dr. Vineeta Ketkar

Dr. Vineeta Ketkar has been a practicing Family Physician in Pune since 1980. With over 40 years of clinical experience, She also offers a range of Yogic Health Services and Yoga training programs at her well-equipped Yoga Institute, since 2006. Dr. Ketkar holds an MBBS from Mumbai University and has received her training for 14 years under Dr. S.V. Karandikar and 10 years under Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar.Her approach to handling cases is mainly conservative, aiming to identify the root cause. In the journey to uncovering the cause, she became fascinated by Yogic Health Science, which she practiced for her own health.She has significant data that shows the effectiveness of Medical Yogatherapy for palliation & restoration in degenerative musculoskeletal disorders. In the case of psychosomatic disorders, she has found that MYT effectively addresses stress-related factors such as Bronchial Asthma, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus Type II, Coronary artery disease, Acid peptic Disease, Irritable bowel Syndrome.She has also authored 2 books: “Rope and Belt Therapy for Painful Knee Osteoarthritis” and “Rope and Belt Therapy for Spondylosis & Disc Disease.”

Dr. Ganesh Rao helps people build inner strength through yoga, philosophy, and disciplined practice.With over 26,500 yoga sessions conducted across 20+ countries, his work focuses on health, healing, and clarity of mind. A former Finance Executive at Tata Motors with more than two decades of corporate experience, Dr. Rao chose to dedicate his life to teaching and transformation. He is also a former professional soccer player who represented his State in six National Championships and trained over 5,000 players across 20 years.Academically, he holds multiple qualifications including M.Com, DMS, M.A. (Philosophy), Ph.D., D.N., D.Y.Ed., and Yoga Chikitsa Acharya. He serves as Professor and Ph.D. Guide in Yoga & Philosophy, with eight doctoral scholars completing their research under his guidance.A regular Himalayan trekker for over 35 years, Dr. Rao blends discipline, depth, and real-life experience into his teachings. He has authored four books and numerous articles, and serves on Boards of Studies and as Visiting Professor at institutions including Kaivalyadhama, Sri Sri University, MNLU, and the College of Defence Management.Through clarity, structure, and compassion, he continues to guide students toward inner stability and conscious living.

Dr. Pankaj Chansarkar

Dr Pankaj Chansarkar specializes in holistic healing techniques, in which he integrates Ayurveda, natural healing, diet, lifestyle, and yoga to provide correct tools for the body to self-heal. Over the past 20 years, he has worked with leading Ayurvedic organizations in the country like Maharishi Ayurveda, Devaaya, Jiva, Six Senses, Vana, and Vedary. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to practice alongside eminent vaidyas to gain expertise in diverse healing patterns. Access to the recorded lectures will be available for 3 months from the date of enrollment.

Do I need prior knowledge of Yoga or Ayurveda?

No prior experience is required. The introductory lectures are designed to provide foundational understanding and are suitable for both beginners and experienced learners.
