Transforming Gender Conditioning Through Yogic Teachings

Are you living as your true self—or as who society expects you to be? Societal norms and expectations play a powerful role in shaping our identity and behavior. From a young age, we internalize beliefs like “men shouldn’t cry” or “women are less capable,” which can quietly limit our emotional expression and personal growth. #yoga programs #Free yoga courses #Mental health courses #Emotional intelligence courses

Humbled to attend Prasad sir's lecture again, packed with wisdom and amazing simplicity. Mindful practice as means for self realization, embracing oneself to reduce public influence, reducing identification with the transient body. So much to reflect upon. Grateful 🙏
