The Healthy Spine: A Yogic Approach to Mobility, Stability & Longevity

The spine supports everything we do - how we sit, stand, move and carry ourselves through the years. Yet we rarely think of it until it begins to complain. The Healthy Spine looks at spinal health through the lens of Yoga Therapy: keeping the back strong and mobile, avoiding everyday strain, and supporting the body as it ages. Over two LIVE ZOOM sessions, Dr Vineeta Ketkar shares practical, therapeutic understanding of the spine for everyday life. #yoga programs #Health wellness courses #Yoga therapy courses #Free yoga courses

Program Overview

We spend so much time and money researching skincare, hoping to look younger as we age. But how much attention do we give the spine that helps us stand tall, move freely and live independently?

Caring for the spine goes beyond appearance. It supports posture, balance and everyday movement—from bending to tie our shoes to walking with confidence. Yet long hours at desks, time bent over phones and less movement often leave it overlooked until discomfort begins.

In two days digital workshop by Dr. Vineeta Ketkar’s, explore:

  • Spinal health and ageing through the lens of yogic science.
  • Understand how caring for your spine can support mobility and independence—essential foundations for living well for longer.

Who Is This IG LIVE For?

  • Adults concerned about ageing, posture, or chronic back discomfort
  • Individuals diagnosed with or at risk of osteoporosis
  • Yoga practitioners, fitness enthusiasts, and wellness professionals
