Testimonials

Yes, I really enjoyed the course. I joined as an international participant, and today’s samvad with the revered yoga scholars offered meaningful insights that will continue to support me in applying the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita to my life. I study regularly with Prasad Rangnekar and always find his teachings exceptional—profound yet simple, making complex topics relatable and applicable to daily life. I also recently read Dr. Rao’s Pranayama book (thank you for that, Shivani! I want to order more for my current YTT), so it was wonderful to learn from him “live.” I truly appreciated the gentle yet deeply resonant guidance shared by Harshvardhan Jhaveri as well. The insights they shared from specific ślokas in Chapters 9 and 12 of the Gita were especially impactful. Thank you, Shivani, for offering such high-quality programming through hellomyyoga. I’m already looking forward to the next Gita party!
