We live in a time of abundance. There is no shortage of books, podcasts, teachers, influencers, yoga practices, spiritual teachings or advice on how to live better. And yet, many of us continue to feel confused, restless, overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves.
Perhaps the problem is not that we do not have enough information. Perhaps we have not had enough space to ask: What do I really stand for? What are the principles I want to live by? What is my sadhana actually helping me become?
Mental well-being is deeply connected to this inner relationship—with our values, choices, habits, expectations and the way we respond to life. Spirituality then becomes less about collecting more knowledge, and more about learning how to see ourselves and our lives with greater clarity.
Spiritual Baithak with Prasad Rangnekar is an invitation to enter that conversation.

It was an excellent opportunity to gain such valuable knowledge from Dr. Ganesh Rao Sir. Heartfelt thanks for making this learning experience possible.
