Samudra Manthan - The Churning of Our Inner Consciousness

The Samudra Manthan (Churning of the Ocean) is a profound episode from Hindu mythology, described in texts like the Bhagavata Purana, Vishnu Purana, and the Mahabharata. While it depicts the cosmic collaboration between devas (gods) and asuras (demons) to obtain amrita (the nectar of immortality), it also carries a deep symbolic meaning for our inner journey. #Free yoga courses #Mental health courses #Emotional intelligence courses #yoga programs
