Movement is Meditation - IYD Digital Celebration

Movement plays a crucial role in mental health. Movement triggers the release of endorphins, which are natural mood lifters, and also reduces the levels of stress hormones like cortisol, leading to feelings of relaxation and calm. Since mental wellness is our top goal at hellomyyoga, we have partnered with yoga instructors to offer a unique program called Movement is Meditation. #Free yoga courses #yoga programs

Program Overview

Viewing movement as meditation expands the traditional notion of meditation beyond stillness, incorporating dynamic activities that align the body and mind.

Undoubtedly, movement encourages and allows the body to find greater relaxation. By expanding your range of motion, you create more space for breath. But as we grow older, becomes earning member of the family, takes up responsibilties, we become more committed to our work routine, movement is challenging. Unfortunately, a lot of us are unable to commit to any kind of activity either because of physical ailments or obligations at work. People in this category have no choice, therefore, we can't hold them responsible but we can encourage them to find a practice that they can practice on their own at their own convenience.

On this International Yoga Day, hellomyyoga plans to offer a comprehensive yoga session designed by different yoga schools and teachers to offer mind-body-breath harmony to all the people who are at different ages or stages of life and own this practice.
