The program unfolds as a Manthan—a conscious churning of ideas—where health, healing, relationships, ambition, anxiety, aging, spirituality, and meaning are explored through dialogue rather than doctrine.
Rather than offering techniques to follow or practices to perform, this program offers insight to assimilate. Each conversation creates space for contemplation, allowing understanding to arise naturally and find expression in everyday living.
Designed to be experienced at your own pace, the program encourages you to pause, reflect, revisit, and integrate—making it as relevant for first-time listeners as it is for repeated viewing.
This is not a course to complete, but a conversation to return to—whenever life calls for clarity, balance, or deeper understanding.
