Program Overview

This introductory session offers a deeper look into how the Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga TTC prepares teachers to support women through pregnancy and postpartum with sensitivity, safety, and awareness. Whether you are considering enrolment or simply wish to understand what responsible prenatal education truly involves, this interaction will walk you through the curriculum, learning approach, and expectations, helping you decide if this path aligns with you.

Pregnancy and postpartum bring real challenges—sleep disturbances, anxiety, exhaustion, physical discomfort, emotional fluctuations, and identity shifts. Many women silently navigate anxiety, overwhelm, and postnatal emotional lows. This session opens a conversation on how informed teachers can become a safe, supportive presence, rather than offering one-size-fits-all practices.

At hellomyyoga, we see motherhood as a phase that deserves care beyond exercises and checklists. Our Specialized Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Certification TTC integrates wisdom from multiple sciences—modern medicine for safety and evidence-based understanding, yoga for physical ease and mental steadiness, Ayurveda for individualized care, and breathwork and meditation for emotional resilience. This orientation session helps you understand why such integration matters.

Join this FREE LIVE Zoom session to explore the depth, intention, and responsibility behind prenatal & postnatal teaching—and to understand whether this TTC is the right next step for you.
