Inner Transformation - By Dr. N. Ganesh Rao

The future does not belong to the most informed but to the most internally stable. In a time of emotional isolation, economic uncertainty, crumbling relationships, and global unrest, the outer world is unstable while the inner world remains untrained. Who is truly in charge of your mind -you, or your conditioning?

Program Overview

Dr. N. Ganesh Rao, in collaboration with hellomyyoga, presents "Inner Transformation," a focused two-day ‘watershed’ workshop designed for today’s challenges.

Through realizing the root cause, understanding the tools, and practicing transformation, this program helps you move from fear to clarity, from pessimism to optimism, from a victim feeling to an in-charge feeling, from self-doubt to steady confidence, and from despondency to positive happiness. Join us to build the inner stability that today’s world demands.

The Bhagavad Gita reminds us, “Uddhared ātmanātmānam…” — uplift yourself by yourself; you are your own friend and your own enemy. Ancient wisdom further declares, “Mana eva manuṣyāṇāṃ kāraṇaṃ bandhamokṣayoḥ”—the mind alone is the cause of bondage or liberation. The crisis we face is not technological, but psychological. The solution is not external but transformational.

Testimonials

I began attending hmy programs few year back. Apart from being painstakingly curated for different needs of a varying group of audience, these programs are also equally done in a light and pleasing atmosphere compared to the boring straight faced yoga programs we see regularly.
The guests picked are uniquely qualified in their own fields and are also open to any questions however small it may seem.
I wish hmy and Shivani all the very best and wish they continue this high standard in future too.
