Dr. Vineeta ketkar

Dr. Vineeta Ketkar

Dr. Vineeta Ketkar has been a practicing Family Physician in Pune since 1980. With over 40 years of clinical experience, She also offers a range of Yogic Health Services and Yoga training programs at her well-equipped Yoga Institute, since 2006. Dr. Ketkar holds an MBBS from Mumbai University and has received her training for 14 years under Dr. S.V. Karandikar and 10 years under Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar.

Her approach to handling cases is mainly conservative, aiming to identify the root cause. In the journey to uncovering the cause, she became fascinated by Yogic Health Science, which she practiced for her own health.

She has significant data that shows the effectiveness of Medical Yogatherapy for palliation & restoration in degenerative musculoskeletal disorders. In the case of psychosomatic disorders, she has found that MYT effectively addresses stress-related factors such as Bronchial Asthma, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus Type II, Coronary artery disease, Acid peptic Disease, Irritable bowel Syndrome.

She has also authored 2 books: “Rope and Belt Therapy for Painful Knee Osteoarthritis” and “Rope and Belt Therapy for Spondylosis & Disc Disease.”

Prasad Rangnekar

Prasad is an educator who believes Yoga to be much more than posture practice (asana). A third-generation educator, Prasad teaches Yoga as a self-transformative practice in an accessible way. His teachings are a distillate of his own study, practice, and realization over the last 37 years, and are rooted in the mind-body accepting, self-transformative aspects of Yoga, aimed at realizing lasting inner peace. Prasad is recognized as E-RYT 500 by Yoga Alliance.

As a founder of Yoga prasad Institute, RYS 200+300, and YACEP, he leads Yoga teacher training, Meditation facilitator training, Yoga philosophy training, and Continuing Education Unit workshops and retreats in over 15 countries for the last 27 years.

Chitra Ganesh

Chitra Ganesh is a Viniyoga teacher & Vedic Chant Teacher in the tradition of T Krishnamacharya & TKV Desikachar. She has been a practitioner and teacher of yoga for over 20 years. Her spiritual journey began in early childhood when she developed a love for Sanskrit through chanting the śloka-s of the Bhagavadgītā. She also learned Carnatic classical music for 14 years. After becoming a certified teacher, apart from teaching āsana classes, she also taught in several teacher training programs. Over the years, she has undertaken serious study of many yogic texts, most importantly, the Bhagavadgītā and the Yogasūtra-s of Patañjali.

She is also a Viniyoga teacher trainer and the founder of the Śraddhā School of Yoga. She teaches one-on-one online classes covering yoga philosophy, Vedic chanting, non-Vedic chanting, Yogasūtra chanting, Bhagavadgītā chanting, āsana and Sanskrit. She is committed to imparting the holistic wisdom of yoga and believes that all yoga teachers must be lifelong students.
