In today’s world, aging is often defined by skin quality and hair health. Conversations revolve around wrinkles, greying, and hair fall. But aging is not just about how we look—it is deeply about how we move, function, and live. In this IG LIVE, we shift the focus to something far more essential: spine health. Your spine is not just a structure—it is the central axis of your body. A healthy spine is what keeps you active, mobile, balanced, and independent as you age. While the world sells mantras for wrinkle-free skin and thicker hair, we ask a more meaningful question: What about an agile spine that can move, support, and function well over time? Join Dr. Vineeta Ketkar on IG LIVE to learn how ageing and osteoporosis affect spinal health, and what you can do to slow degeneration.
