Ayurveda is often mistaken as an anti-aging trend—but in truth, it is about adding more life to life. It is not limited to preventing illness nor reserved only for managing disease. Ayurveda is a way of life that walks with you at every stage of health. In this thought-provoking IG LIVE, Dr. Pankaj and Dr. Sharon explore whether Ayurveda is preventive care, palliative care—or both. Rooted in daily practices, mindful choices, and a deep understanding of the individual, Ayurveda supports health long before disease appears and offers comfort, dignity, and balance when cure is not the goal.
