Free Foundation Program for Prenatal & Postnatal Wellness Coaches

"The Woman Behind the Mother" is a free foundation program in Prenatal & Postnatal Wellness, created to help yoga teachers, wellness coaches, and sincere learners understand the deeper journey of a woman through pregnancy, birth, recovery, and return to self. While many trainings today teach prenatal and postnatal practices, a huge gap still remains in understanding the woman beyond the pregnancy — her body, hormones, emotions, identity, fears, fatigue, and inner transformation. This program invites you to pause, learn, and understand the woman first, before you step into the role of supporting the mother. Join this free program to begin your prenatal and postnatal learning journey with depth, safety, sensitivity, and responsibility. #yoga programs #Health wellness courses #Prenatal yoga courses #Yoga for Women #Ayurveda Courses #Yoga therapy courses ##Free yoga courses

Program Overview

There are many prenatal and postnatal yoga courses today. Yet many teachers still feel unsure when they sit across from a pregnant woman or a new mother.

Because supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum is not only about knowing safe asanas. It is about understanding the woman’s body, hormones, emotions, fears, fatigue, recovery, identity, and the deep transition she is moving through.

A woman does not disappear when she becomes a mother. She transforms. And after childbirth, she needs support not only to care for the baby, but also to heal, rest, rebuild, and return to herself.

This free program brings you the first lecture from each module of hellomyyoga’s Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course. It gives yoga teachers, therapists, wellness coaches, and sincere learners a strong foundation to understand the journey from womanhood to motherhood, and back to womanhood. Because to support a mother, we must first understand the woman.

What Makes This Free Program Unique:

1. It begins before pregnancyMost programs begin with pregnancy. This program begins with womanhood — the body, hormones, emotions, and life stages of a woman.

2. It looks at motherhood as a transitionMotherhood is not treated only as a biological event. It is understood as a physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual transformation.

3. It brings the focus back to the motherPostnatal care often becomes baby-focused. This program reminds us that the mother also needs healing, rest, nourishment, emotional support, and rebuilding.

4. It prepares teachers with sensitivityA prenatal-postnatal coach needs more than techniques. They need awareness, responsibility, language, safety, and compassion.

5. It is a doorway into deeper learningThe program offers the first lecture from each module of the Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga TTC, giving learners a clear taste of the depth and direction of the full training.
