This 3-part sound series is designed to gently guide participants from inner awareness to deep energetic release, using the progressive layers of sound — breath, voice, and vibration. Each session is just 30 minutes, yet intentionally crafted to create calm, clarity, and emotional balance.
Day 1: The sound of stillness - Breath and Body
Participants reconnect with the most primal sound within them: the breath. When we listen to the body’s internal rhythms, the nervous system begins to settle, grounding us after months of overwhelm, stress, or mental noise. This session helps quieten the mind, regulate breath, and cultivate inner stillness.
Day 2: The sound of self - Vocal Expression
The focus shifts to the voice — the sound of one’s own self. Vocal toning releases emotional blockages, improves energetic flow, and builds confidence in expression. Through simple vocal practices and meditative alaap, participants experience how sound can liberate heaviness and restore lightness within.
Day 3: The sound of vibration - Singing Bowls
Participants enter a state of deep surrender as they receive the healing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. These frequencies support emotional cleansing, deep relaxation, and restorative rest. The passive listening experience promotes repair in the nervous system, helping the body shift from stress mode to healing mode.
Together, these three sessions create a journey — from grounding, to releasing, to receiving. The program offers a reset for the mind, body, and heart, helping participants end the year with calmness, clarity, and renewed inner strength.
