Program Overview

The Ayur Mantra draws from Vedic wisdom, where wellness is seen as a harmonious alignment of body, mind, senses, prana (vital energy), and awareness. These mantras are not merely recited—they are invoked as subtle vibrations that nourish and restore balance within the system.

When combined with Nyasam—the practice of consciously placing the palms on specific parts of the body—the vibrations of the mantra are directed to different energy points, deepening awareness and facilitating subtle healing. This integrated practice allows the seeker to experience wellness not just as an idea, but as a lived, embodied reality.
