Ayurveda for Menopause

Menopause is not one moment but a transition that unfolds over years, and every woman experiences it differently. This program examines this phase of life through the Ayurvedic lens: the changes in body, mind and energy, and the everyday wisdom that can support women through each stage. In two live sessions, Dr Sharon Samuel brings together ancient understanding and practical guidance for women navigating this journey, and for those who support them. #Yoga for Women #Ayurveda Courses

Program Overview

For generations, the stages of a woman's life were understood and supported in everyday ways - through food, routine, rest and seasonal living. Somewhere along the way, much of that wisdom faded, and menopause came to be spoken about mainly as a list of symptoms to endure. This program returns to the Ayurvedic way of seeing the transition: perimenopause, menopause and the post-menopausal years as connected stages, each with its own changes in the body and mind, and each calling for its own kind of care.
