Ganga Nandini is a Yoga Teacher teaching at Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh for over 12 years. She is a Spiritual Humanist, Young Leader, and Karma Yogi who is deeply passionate about health, wellness, and service. She serves as the Director of the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance, supervising and coordinating for the Divine Shakti Foundation, Ganga Action Parivar, Harijan Sevak Sangh- Uttarakhand, and numerous other service initiatives.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Cell Biology and Psychology. While living at Parmarth Niketan, she has experienced firsthand the miracle of living and practicing a yogic lifestyle, having healed from Lupus, an autoimmune disorder she had been diagnosed with and suffered from for over 8 years with a history of ill health from childhood. Today she lives with health and happiness and is enthusiastic to share the gift of yoga with all.
Pooja Thawrani is a highly experienced and passionate yoga teacher with nine years of dedicated teaching both offline and online. With a strong academic background, including an MSc in Yoga from Svyasa, RYT 500 hours in Ashtanga, and YIC certification from Ayush, she possesses a deep understanding of the philosophy and principles of yoga.
With a background in marketing spanning five years, Pooja is also an avid adventurer with a zest for exploration. She indulges in trekking and traveling seeking inspiration from nature and new experiences. Her passion for the natural world extends to their love for gardening and cooking as well. This unique blend of expertise allows them to connect with students on a deeper level, understanding the challenges of modern life and incorporating yoga as a way of life.

Dr. Manasa Rao has been a dedicated practitioner of Yoga since 1995. She holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Yoga from SVYASA, Bengaluru, with an academic foundation in Psychology and Media Law. After a fulfilling career in media, she transitioned in 2011 to pursue her true calling—Yoga.
For over a decade, she has taught Yoga across diverse groups, combining philosophy with functional movement and mindful awareness. Her doctoral research focused on the biomechanics of Yoga for cricket players, supporting athletes in enhancing performance and resilience through yogic practices.
Dr. Rao approaches each class with inclusivity and depth, viewing Yoga as a path to inner clarity, holistic well-being, and conscious living—on and off the mat.
