ACT Yoga stands for Authentic Classical Traditional Yoga.
The fundamental aims of ACT Yoga includes: to retrieve, preserve and promote ACT Yoga, to encourage exploration of and lead genuine aspirants into the depths of ACT Yoga, intellectually and experientially, to assimilate ACT Yoga into mainstream modern technological lifestyle, to encourage practitioners to go deeper into their sadhana.
In order to soak into Yoga, ACT Yoga conducts every year, a 108-hours Teacher Training Retreat in Rishikesh on the banks of the serene Ganges from 1st to 13th of December. This Retreat covers all aspects of ACT Yoga - Kriyas, Asanas, Pranayama, Mudras & Bandhas, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Sukshma Vyayama, Yogic Counselling, etc and also the methodology of teaching Yoga.
I have taken many online offerings through hellomyyoga. Their offerings are timely, relevant, and insightful. In the modern world, the ancient teachings of yoga seem more relevant than ever. hellomyyoga does an excellent job of sharing the teachings with modern practitioners.
