In order to soak into Yoga, ACT Yoga conducts every year, a 108-hours Teacher Training Retreat in Rishikesh on the banks of the serene Ganges from 1st to 13th of December. This Retreat covers all aspects of ACT Yoga - Kriyas, Asanas, Pranayama, Mudras & Bandhas, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Sukshma Vyayama, Yogic Counselling, etc and also the methodology of teaching Yoga.
